My work has evolved a great deal over the past decade or so, and I imagine it will continue to. I had a bit of a challenging start in my life, and continue to live a life which has included many experiences which scare the heck out of most sane people but that’s the path I’ve chosen and it certainly has led me to most interesting people and places. I wouldn’t trade it for the world. Really. And it has made me a strong vessel, someone who has an enormous capacity to sit with those who are confused, lost, traumatized or struggling with the changes life brings. Which is likely most of us these days!

Much of what I do involves helping people become fully who they truly are, rather than what they were told they should be, directly or indirectly.

The methods and tools I use are ones which helped me at some point along the way, and vary depending on the current needs of the individual. There’s nothing that humans need more than to be listened to, so that’s the primary thread through everything I do. Beyond that, I use meditation, focusing practice, energy work, Reiki, tarot, stones, divination, prayer, Bach remedies, and more. It’s a pretty full bag of tricks and the client always leads the way. We all have our own experiences and our own lens through which we view the world - I see myself as an experienced companion alongside you on your path, with a full pack of tools and ample guidance. The pace, the tools and the rest stops are all up to you.

For initial ninety minute sessions for new clients, the fee is $125 US.

For subsequent 75 minute sessions, the fee is $ 100 US.

Journeys are available on a once off basis. The session is one and a half to two hours and requires a quiet, private space where you can fully relax. The journey itself is a way of connecting with those who have gone before you, to travel to places perhaps not experienced by you in this lifetime, and to gain insight into the big questions.

It includes a followup email outlining the symbology of the journey and key elements you may want to explore.

The cost is $175 US.
